Ms. Tranlong, Of Counsel, has extensive experience representing a broad spectrum of corporate and high net worth clients in corporate, venture capital investments, business and technology licensing, capital formation and restructuring, and international transactions. Since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1989, Ms. Tranlong has practiced in New York, San Francisco and Palo Alto with major international law firms, including Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and Manatt, Phelps & Phillips.
