Matthew E. McCabe

Matthew E. McCabe practices civil litigation in California specializing in business and commercial cases in real estate, business and construction.  Mr. McCabe joined Otis Canli & Iriki, LLP in 2006 and has focused primarily on design errors and omission cases arising from both private and public work.  Most recently, he assisted in the Firm’s defense of design errors and omissions brought against the designer of seismic retrofit changes to a Marin County bridge.  He has assisted in the defense of numerous other cases involving alleged design errors and omissions.

Mr. McCabe received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University in 1982, and his Master of Arts degree in History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1983.  He received his Juris Doctorate degree from New York University School of Law in 1988.
